Back in 2018, I was working as a systems administrator for a mid-sized marketing agency. Every week brought new server issues — sudden traffic spikes crashing websites, backup failures discovered too late, security patches that somehow broke everything else.
The breaking point came during a Black Friday weekend when three different client sites went down within hours of each other.
